Crushed Daube Provençale of Beef & Tender Roots
Daube is a classic stew from my native Provence, made with beef, vegetables, herbes de Provence (thyme, rosemary and marjoram that grows in the wild out there in what we call the "garrigue") and usually a strongly flavoured local wine (such as a Gigondas or Vacqueyras for the connaisseurs). After many trials and errors, this alcohol-free version tastes almost as amazing as its original version. First marinated for hours and then braised for a very, very, very, very long time, we definitely have the taken the work out of your kitchen for this. Everyone , young and old, will melt for it in this cold season.

INGREDIENTS: beef, carrots, parsnips, potatoes, tomatoes, turkey rashers, onions, garlic, beef stock, black olive tapenade, balsamic vinegar, orange zest, tomato puree, herbes de Provence, wheat flour (gluten), black pepper, olive oil.
