SALMON, SPINACH & TENDER CARROTS RISOTTO
This is the perfect dish that the entire family will love all year round and the best way to get everyone loving the whole grain version of rice (I actually use brown basmati rice as for some reason I find risotto rice too mushy). Packed with healthy fats, plus lots of vitamins and minerals, salmon is not only healthy but generally appreciated by everyone, even the most resistant to fish. The spinach, which can also sometimes be a turn off is cut here in  such small bits that no one will notice. Tender carrots, sweet peas and creamy mascarpone finish this delicate risotto which will soon become a staple for your "battle-free" family supper. 

  

INGREDIENTS: Brown basmati rice, salmon (fish), carrots, peas, spinach, mascarpone (contains milk), shallots, vegetable stock (contains celery), olive oil, black pepper.


ALLERGY ADVICE: for allergens, see ingredients in bold - produced in a kitchen that handles allergen, including nuts. 

STORING & REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Keep us chilled below 5C at all time in the fridge - Suitable for home freezing in its packaging - Thoroughly defrost for at least 12 hours in the fridge before reheating - Empty the content in a pan and reheat gently until pipping hot all the way through (especially the chicken).  Alternatively reheat in its packaging in the microwave on full power for 5' (or more depending on how many portion you have ordered)

WARNINGOur glass jars do not like temperature shock, please do not submit them to high temperature (hot oven, microwave on full power, bain-marie, other) without leaving them for a few minutes at room temperature. Never reheat straight out of the freezer in the jar. Food should be fully defrosted before reheating.
