c. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

4. Going on a bear hunt:

a. Keep me in an insulated lunch box with ice packs if you take me on your little adventures...I like temperatures below 5C!

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

The following are guidelines only. Your oven or microwave may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Adjust accordingly. Make sure your food is piping hot (steaming) all the way through - stir thoroughly throughout the reheating process. Let it cool down a little before serving it to your child.

Reheat only once, so try and make sure you reheat only the correct quantity in your child's favourite bowl or plate.

1. MICROWAVE: 800W

a. Heat on full power for 1 min. Stir. Make sure the food is piping hot (steaming) all the way through.

b. Stir throughout the reheating process. Let it cool down a little before serving.

2. USE BY DATE:

a. 48 hours from delivery date - please refer to the label at the bottom of each jar for reference.

3. RECYCLING:

Recycling is good for the soul and the planet... and we need to preserve it for our little ones. Lead by example they always say! Unless you plan on using the jars for food storage, little vases, pen pots, etc, please return them to us with your next order (you will get some money back) or at the very least put them in your glass recycling bin.

WARNING:The jars do not like temperature shock, so please make sure do not submit them to high temperature (hot oven, microwave on full power, bain-marie, other) without leaving them for a few minutes at room temperature. Never reheat straight out of the freezer in the jar. Food should be fully defrosted before reheating.
