We love fresh, seasonal and healthy foods at Ratatouie, and so do your children. This Coconut Fish & Vegetable Curry is one of our favourite dishes, perfect to fuel the brain and body of our little ones.

Cod and salmon are packed with nutritious Omega-3, vitamins B12 and B6 and are an excellent low calorie source of protein that keeps tummies fuller for longer. The creamy coconut milk is lactose-free, high in fibre and high in vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5, B6 and minerals. Tomatoes and tamarind provide plenty of antioxidants to stay well, turmeric and ginger complete this delicious and nutritious meal with its powerful anti-inflammatory properties. 

Oh and let's not forget. It is not a hot curry but one full of flavours that your little ones will adore.
