Spring Garden Chicken StewThe best way to shake off the heavier roots we've been eating all Winter is to clear our palate with all the green and orange coloured vegetables that Spring brings our way.
And to do so in a comforting way, we bring you a very traditional French meal that is loved by young and olds and make eating tons of vegetables as easy as a walk in the park on a sunny day.

In France we call this "Jardiniere de Legumes". My granny used to cook it to perfection every 
Wednesday when I was a child. Just the smell of it bubbling away takes me back to her kitchen!

To make it a complete meal, we are gently braising some chicken thighs that have been carefully deboned by our trusted local butcher. The marriage of colours and flavours make this seasonal dish a hit with every one in the family.

WARNING: Our jars do not like temperature shock. Please make sure you do not submit them to high temperature (micro-wave, hot oven, bain-marie or other) without leaving them for a few minutes at room temperature. Never reheat straight our of the freezer in the jar. Food should be fully defrosted before reheating.
